Security Scan - Sygate Online Services (sos) Scan your system to find security problems. Sysgate has a pretty good free firewall. I find it less intrusive and more usefull than Zone Alarm.

Microsoft operating systems like to be reinstalled from time to time to speed them up. Try to avoid a lot of installing & uninstalling of unknown software. This will slow your Windows machine down as the Registry gets cluttered up with junk. I need to find a good registry fixer & defragmenter.
